Content that Converts

I used to be intimidated by creating content for my business. When I tried, I was confused about what I was doing and wondered if it was worth the pain and toil.

It didn’t help when the little voice in my head chimed in. “You don’t have enough experience or expertise.”

The blinking cursor on the blank page got more agitated with every pulse.

Doubt would start to shout in my head. I had no plan for how to create it. No idea how to make it mine or convert it into revenue for my business.

Then I invested some serious time into thinking about what kind of business I wanted to build. One that would make money, but more than money. One worth giving my life to.

That would mean shedding my past identity as a “graphic designer.” The way so many of my friends and clients saw me.

With my dream business ahead of me, I created a simple framework from which to create content. And slowly, I began.

Now, I’m confident and have a system where I can create content on command. And I know where it fits into my business and monetization.

It’s been a huge part of transforming my business from "a graphic designer" to a strategist and consultant.

Today, I get paid for my strategic ideas instead of taking orders as “the lowly designer” bringing up the rear. I regularly lead training for other Personal Brands like Mike Kim and Daniela Nica.

I’m earning higher revenue each year with almost no ‘design’ execution.

My friends and partners send me business because they know my expertise is on display. My content provides the context for my expertise.

Releasing the right branded content makes revenues rise. It certainly has for my business. Let’s make that true for yours too!
